I’m attempting to log in to my verified uphold wallet in the brave browser on the same PC after having to reinstall windows.

What Operating System and Brave version are you using (Menu --> About Brave)?

yes

What date did you verify your wallet?
Verified on 08/12/2021

Have you been able to successfully receive payments in the past?
yes

Are you using a VPN? (yes/no)
no

Does your device pass the SafteyNet check (Android only)?
on pc so this doesn’t apply if its android only.

Have you fully completed Uphold’s CDD requirements?
I beleive so as my account is verfied.
