Green lines across the screen on macOS after waking from sleep

Description of the issue:

Websites will sometimes display a bunch of horizontal green lines that make it impossible to read through. Closing Brave completely and navigating back to the same page, will reproduce the same lines. Going to that website in any other browser such as Safari or Firefox will not produce the error. Turning off Brave Shield also does not fix the issue. You can also navigate to the parent site without the lines, but once you get to the webpage where the lines were originally produced, they will reappear.

Restarting the computer has been the only solution so far that has seemed to work.

How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Put Mac into sleep mode / step away and allow it to sleep
  2. Come back and do normal things, browsing.
  3. I went to https://community.brave.com/search?q=Green and it gave me the issue, but won’t do so after restarting. [Screen Shot 2021-02-05 at 8.48.00 PM|690x376](upload://l2 8RsZfQ99WjFxpLdbJtMMN79lE.png)
