Browser rending pages with horizontal purple and green lines

Description of the issue:
How can this issue be reproduced?

1. After a while loading a new tab shows as in the screenshot
2. Then existing tabs do the same
3. Refreshing a page does not fix it

No known steps to get it into this mess though, just seems to randomly happen.

Expected result:

Pages being displayed correctly.

**Brave Version: Version 1.23.75 Chromium: 90.0.4430.93 (Official Build) (x86_64)

Additional Information:

This is running on a fairly new MacBook Pro that I just wiped and re-installed the OS from scratch. The issue also doesn’t happen in other browsers or apps, just Brave.

Hi @sietedos72,
This is likely a hardware acceleration issue. Go to your settings, scroll down to additional settings, go to system and toggle the hardware acceleration option.

thanks! it was enabled by default… i’ll monitor and see what happens… hopefully no more issues… appreciate the super fast response! you guys rock!
