Description of the issue:
How can this issue be reproduced?
- Lately whenever I try logging into a Google Meet video call, I get a message about the camera being inaccessible (it’s a USB webcam). This has been happening for a few days. It won’t work until I restart the browser.
- The browser can see my camera, and it attempts to use it, but it fails.
- I deleted the cache and cookies and settings and browser history – it did not help.
I need this fixed as I often must hop into meetings and waiting until the browser tries and fails to use the camera and then restarting it is precious time.

Additional Information:
My system is up-to-date, I run the latest Win11 Pro, my drivers are up-to-date, and the camera is used without a fault in every other application.
