Those are first party ads. First party ads are not blocked by default but on desktop we have context menu blocker which can be used to block them. There is not context menu blocker on Mobile yet. cc: @Serg we should probably add context menu blocker on Android as well.

Google Ads on Google.com are 1st Party Ads, so they aren’t blocked under default Shield settings I believe.
