Gemini Wallet got disconnected back in December and I have been unable to reconnet

Gemini Wallet got disconnected back in December and I have been unable to reconnet… I have seen many people with the exact same issue going back months so I am not expecting any help (once again) as brave support is virtually non-existent. But it would be appreciated if I could get some kind of assistance…

What date did you verify your wallet?

Back in mid 2021

Have you been able to successfully receive payments in the past?

Seem like no body can answer the question, that’s huge issue

Agreed. The amount of people posting about this and not getting anything as an answer is appalling. I cannot fathom how they can justify the extreme lack of support they provide. People make the argument that it’s free… but it isn’t You pay the same way you make BAT, ads. We should all turn off the ads function until the resolve the issues.

This is still an unaddressed issue somehow. Mine’s been disconnect since December too.

Brave have answered this question. This will be rectified today 2nd Feb but not sure of what time.

I Have same problem! Can’t sync my gemini wallet(
I authorize on my gemini account and press allow then have:
“Your request is still being processed, please wait.
Sorry there was a problem processing your request, please try again.”
What happens? I will not get mine BATs?(((

Where you read that?

People need to do a bit of research…this has been dealt with and will be back up and running from today. Brave has put out updates so people should leave them to do their best. This has not been as easy thing to fix which is why it has taken so long. My wallet has also been disconnected but as I said, they have found a fix and it will be implemented I am not sure what hour of the day though.

There have been updates posted. You really should have a look yourself but I will help you

No probs, just be a bit more patient. I was informed from Brave that they had a fix and it was being implemented today I just don’t know what hour of the day. People can still get into their Gemini wallets and any BAT in there is unchanged so nothing wrong there it is only the link between the browser and the wallet. Relax…all will be fixed.

Just updated to Versión 1.35.100 Chromium: 98.0.4758.87 (Build oficial) (64 bits), try again, and get back the same… I will not use brave anymore untill it get fix…

Have same problem still. Why Brave don’t fix that?

We’re in the final phases of bringing Gemini back up and were not able to bring it up today. Again, thank you everyone for your patience. We are now targeting tomorrow Feb 3, 2022 to bring it back online.
