If you’re a Brave Rewards user verified with Gemini, we’d like to give you a heads up that Tipping (as well as Auto-Contribute) might not be working for you at this time. In short, if you try to make a tip or contribution, you may see that you get logged out of your Gemini account, and your tip/contribution won’t be sent. (Your balance will not be deducted.)
If you get logged out, don’t worry! Your Brave Rewards is still considered verified with Gemini; you’ll just have to log back in to see your balance on Gemini again.
We’re working with Gemini to fix this as soon as we can, and aim to have a fix in the upcoming version of Brave that’s coming out at the end of the month (March 2022). So, be sure to keep your browsers updated! You can always update by going to brave://help
on desktop.
