Description of the issue: Whenever I full screen a video on brave browser it only fills the browser window, but fails to engage fullscreen on the browser itself. If I were to full screen a video on chrome or firefox for example, the video would then take up my entire screen, but on brave I still see the brave top window bar and the taskbar.
How can this issue be reproduced? This can be reproduced every video streaming website I’ve tried (Twitch, youtube, netflix) by full screening.
Expected result: The video fills my whole screen.
