I am frequently prompted to enable notifications but brave saying that Brave Rewards may not work when notifications are disabled. The thing is Brave Rewards is disabled and has never been enabled.
Is there a way to disable this pop up?

I’m actually not sure I’ve seen this message on my end. Let me reach out to the Android team and see what’s going on here — afaik, you should not see this message if Rewards are disabled.
In the meantime, would you mind sharing with me the exact Android device you’re using when you see this behavior?

You definitely should not be seeing that notification if you’re not opted into Brave Rewards — I’ve opened the following issue for this:
@PizzaConsumer If you go to brave://rewards, does it show that Rewards is not yet enabled? If you could share a screenshot of that page, that would be nice.
