Unfortunately, at this time you will not be able to log into your account without proper 2-factor authentication. I would consider asking Authy directly if you need help with their services.
We are working on a way to restore access to people who have been locked out their account due to losing 2fa credentials and will post an announcement once we’ve made some progress on that front.

I had contacted Authy directly already, they can not restore my account, because i didn’t backup my Authy account yet.
Could you please tell me when I can login to my account, or does it have anyway to check my account?
I had registered my email, and my phone for publishers, and i can verify it.

So am I correct in that you are unable to access your Brave payments account at all?
Is it possible you could try signing up for Authy under a different email address?
