For online meetings specifically, Brave says "No camera available" whereas Chromium has no issues using the camera

Description of the issue:
I just started using Brave today. Before that, I was using Chromium on this same system. I do many online meetings every day. Chromium had no issues using the camera for these meetings. I have tried three different online meeting providers today and all gave a variation of “No camera available.”

How can this issue be reproduced?
For me it is easy, I just try Meet/Uberconference/anything else, and I get a message that there is "no camera available.

Expected result:
The camera would be available and workable in the browser.

Brave Version( check About Brave):
Version 1.20.103 Chromium: 88.0.4324.152 (Official Build) (64-bit)
