File won't download in Brave only

Brave is the only browser I have that won’t download the installer from here:

Download works fine in every other browser I use (Chrome, Safari).

How can this issue be reproduced?

1. Click the direct link above or go to the page and click the Windows installer.
2. You should get an access denied XML response:

This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. The document tree is shown below.

In order to download, it requires an account/license. Is there any way you’d be willing to share a short recording of the behavior as you see it on your end?

I can, but literally all that happens is it shows that error message in the browser window. Nothing else.

It would still help. Additionally, seeing any console output in dev tools would be useful as well ( Menu --> More tools --> Dev tools --> [Console])

Sorry for the late reply.
So I tested this by trying to download the demo of the product and I also go the XML error you’re describing. Seems to happen on both Windows and macOS systems. I’ve reached out to a couple of team members to help diagnose the issue – thank you for your patience.

When you get the cloudfront error, ‘disable https’ in sheilds and the re-fresh the download page.
