Hello, I recently had to reformat my system. Windows has been less than reliable since the recent move to windows 11. I was still on windows 10 but everything just got slower and slower since the big move.
Any ways. I have reformatted my system to Fedora (Linux). But I have not received a single ad. My browser is set up. Fully up to date. I also have my wallet linked and have it verified. I have the region set.
I have notifications on, Do not disturb off. Any thoughts?
Well I did some poking around. I have successfully received 2 ads over the last 48 hours. Any Idea why it isn’t spitting out ads like it was before on my Windows system? Same with my android. The wallet is linked on my android and my Fedora system. I am now not getting ads as frequently on my android either.
There is no support email. This is the only form of support Brave Provides. I have attempted to contact brave via all support emails that were available.
Does any one respond to these?
The support here is not very good.
Also the support emails do not work
So it only shows me Ads after the screen has been locked and unlocking the screen. Not sure why. I wish there was a support team to send this too. but unfortunately none exists. or there isn’t a way to submit these types of things to them. Boy what a disorganized mess.

There is no support email. This is the only form of support Brave Provides. I have attempted to contact brave via all support emails that were available.
We actually offer several channels that users can always reach us by - Community, Reddit, Twitter and our Support form.
However, we do encourage users who require further assistance with Brave Rewards/Ads issues to submit a ticket to our support form linked below.

In the case of your issue, I would highly recommend that you submit a ticket so that we can take a closer look what might be happening.
