Even though February rewards processing for uphold users is reported as complete, I haven’t received any. The security test (drag the icon to the indicated shape) hasn’t appeared yet. My Uphold account is new (less than a month), so I don’t know if this apparent delay is normal or not.

If your wallet is verified with Uphold, then the issue you’re having could be likely due to Uphold’s CDD requirements or other security measures. Could you kindly confirm if that is the case?

Hi @SaltyBanana, thanks for your reply. It is not the case. The CDD requirements are complete. I have been able to receive (partial) deposits in the past. My deposits have never matched the amount of vBATs I had initially, before linking Brave to Uphold. Also, February rewards are yet to be seen in my Uphold account.
I originally linked my account on February 23, I had a little more than 67 vBATs. Current Uphold balance is 62 BATs. I’m missing around 5 BATs, not considering February rewards (around 4 BATs) that are not still paid.
My original ticket number is 182253, I haven’t received response yet to my problem despite contacting support on February 28.
Sorry to bump this thread, but I haven’t received a response to any of the tickets that are related to my problem. The last one was submitted more than a week ago. Please, can someone from support give me an update?
