Facebook and response that worked but doesn't work

I am unableto open Facebook in Brave. I checked the issues that have been previously posted and found someone had the same problem. It was suggested that they open a new profile and try it. I did and I was gained access. But what is next. I don’t want to have change profiles everytime I wand to access Facebook. At the moment, I use Brave but when I want to access Facebook, I have to totally leave brave and open an entirely different browser. THAAT IS JUST DUMB! What can I do to permanently fix this issue.

What I would do:

  1. Back up bookmarks

  2. Back up passwords (if using the Password Manager)

  3. Write down (type in a text editor window, and save!) the settings of your initial Profile that is important to you. That means, looking over all of such settings - taking time. You may say, “Hey! I am not going to do that!” . . . but I have, and the text file makes a good reference for understanding.

  4. Disable and remove Extensions that you have added.

  5. Reset:
