Description of the issue:
Popups from extensions (and Brave shields) display incorrectly on one of my Brave profiles, but only one. The top right quarter is the only part that updates properly, the top left, bottom left, and bottom right corners either don’t change or they have a 5+ second delay. I reset the settings for that profile, and it still has the same issue. I’ve tried restarting Brave, I’ve tried restarting my computer, and nothing fixed it.
How can this issue be reproduced?
I don’t know what I did to cause it, so I don’t know how to reproduce it.
Expected result:
The extension+shields popups display normally, like my other Brave profiles and Google Chrome

I have the following flags, but I don’t think they are the cause because the issue is only on one profile:

pdf-viewer-update
I also tested it with no extensions enabled.
Update: I created another profile and imported the bookmorks + settings, and it happened again a few days later
Update 3: That previous edit was wrong, so I blurred it out
Update 4: The issue is now on a different profile, but it now works on the other profile
