Brave popups open on wrong display

Description of the issue:
On my multiple monitor display system popups such as brave rewards, extensions, etc. do not always open on the same display as the main window.

Prompts when hovering a selection do the same.

Expected result:
All activity occurs on the same display as the browser window.

Thank you for reaching out to us.
I’m wondering if this might be due to a particular extension you have installed at this time. Can you please try disabling them, relaunching the browser and testing to see if you get the same behavior?

Additionally, can you tell me exactly when this behavior started?

OK,

I noticed it soon after I installed Brave, as I was sorting out how it works.

I disabled all extensions with no effect. I do not use reading list, but brave ads and wallet are still active. (Not yet sure how to turn them off.)
