Please have the vertical tab bar expand on mouseover/hover even when the target browser window is not the focused window. Right now, you have to focus the browser window, clicking somewhere on it, and then mouseover/hover over the tab bar. This will also allow you to drag tabs between browser window tab bars without having to expand the tab bar first. This will provide more ease of use managing, grouping, and switching between tabs. It is how Edge vertical tabs function.
