yes just after 5 min from claiming but i do not have uphold but all people i know facing that issue are upholder
so not sure what the cause
If on my android device I claim and the counter was reset without problems. I think the fault is with the accounts connected to uphold.

although after connecting my Android device with uphold the bat was not sent to uphod

I have noticed the lack of ads so I went to disable rewards and turn back on again to clear ad history, but it’s not clearing the history. Have no idea if my estimated ever reset.
Still no reset after this month’s payout date. Has there been an official response to this?
