It’s been a couple of months now that I had to factory reset my phone. My previous BATs disappeared (I don’t have a wallet). When set back up Brave I could see the ads and accumulate BATs but when I click on claim I get an error message “Oops something is wrong. Please try again”. I have pending unclaimed BATs for March. I saw there is an issue about rooted phones or ones not using google services, but mine is unrooted, stock rom with google services.
Any ideas?

I’m not sure how they will end up fixing this. I’ve been having the same issues and there’s hundreds of posts out there about it, so I just thought I’d try and help out a bit while I’m here to try and give Steeven and Mattches a break!

I have verified an uphold account but still cannot claim BATs. April is ending soon (still not claimed February and March). Hope a fix will come soon.
