After doing the captcha to claim my rewards it gives me an error and then I can’t claim it anymore. This happened to me twice.

Have you manually turned off Auto-contribute on all of your devices linked to Uphold??
I don’t have uphold

Can you please check again and see if you have a new claim notification/captcha to complete and if so, please tell me if it goes through correctly this time?

I have Android version 8 on my mobile phone and I don’t get the BAT of the previous month. On my computer it does charge me but the fixed value of 0.250.
