Brave Rewards Claim Error

Briefly describe your issue:
I got the notification to claim my March BAT rewards, but when I clicked it and attempted to drag the Brave icon to the appropriate shape, I got an error. I tried once more, and then the claim notification disappeared altogether. Help!

Have you manually turned off Auto-contribute on all of your devices linked to Uphold??
I don’t have Uphold, I have a linked Gemini account. But I have also turned off auto-contribute on all my devices.

If you’re having difficulty with the new claim, the browser will automatically update and retry in a bit.

EDIT- i’ve now received them!
I have the same issue here.
It said I didn’t solve the puzzle and now the 11.75 bat I was expecting is gone again.
pretty frustrating this month!

It also happened to me on PC

Same here on PC. Never received my initial balance when they integrated Gemini, and now this. It worked in Feb and March

Same problem here. I got another notification to claim but it failed now there’s been a constant notification on the brave rewards icon for days but nowhere to claim

I have the same problem here at my desktop

It has been a few days and still not here. I think it is gone case now that the status says “Payment complete”…
