March Rewards glitched, and now it doesn't give me the option to claim them

Briefly describe your issue:
Whenever I got a message that my Brave Rewards March balance was ready to be claimed, I clicked on the button to claim. I was prompted with the shape puzzle, but when I dragged the triangle over the shape it said “error, please try again.” I tried about 5 more times and it didn’t work, and then it completely disappeared. How can I claim my rewards??

What date did you verify your wallet?
Have you been able to successfully receive payments in the past?

Are you in a supported region ?

Hi, I also never received my March rewards for the April payout on either of my computers. Just received my April rewards today in the May payout, but now I don’t even see my March rewards at all. I had my largest reward in that month. Please let me know what I need to do to claim them. - Jason
