Error when claim BAT reward on android device

I cannot claim BAT on my android device. There are 8 reward notification, but when I click claim on either of them I get the error “Oops! Something went wrong. Please try again.” Can you solve the problem please. Thank you.

…and the issue was resolved, of a sort. Maybe you should try it, too?

This is a known bug, some devices are not eligible for rewards if android system as been modified eg custom rom or rooted operating system, Brave should have prevented you from opting in ads/rewards system but many seem to slip threw, I would request a reimbursement of funds to your uphold account if you have one
