I’ve been having this issue for 2 months now. Why can’t I claim rewards?

I tried updating the google services since I always uninstall it as it takes too much space and I’m always having memory issues, but it still didn’t work. I deleted caché but that did nothing.
My phone didn’t pass the securitynet test but I can’t figure out why, as it was never rooted. It failed the CTS and Basic Integrity.
This is getting really annoying, you should add a way to transfer your BAT to another device, like a pc, without needing to have an Uphold account (I only have 9.5 BAT) just like iOS users do with the QR code.
