I’ve been using Brave for a long time on my Pixel 6, but just recently upgraded to a Pixel 9. Before today, I had no issues.
In a recent query, I was specifically asking for information regarding a town in NC. The response from the AI was that I made an error in my query and that the town referenced was in TN, not NC. All of the query results after that referenced TN.
I had to issue the same query in Google to get the correct results.
Press the three dots menu on the bad answer, then press dislike to submit it to Brave. Though Brave does not train these models themselves right now, so it’s not like they can always fix the issue. What happens sometimes, and probably in your case too, is that Leo will try to do a search for what you asked and then answer based on the results, but Leo is unaware that the one who decides what the search query is, is Leo, not the user. It assumes you gave it the results of the query it made, so if the query was bad (e.g. the results happen to contain a place in another state) it will assume you are the one who made the mistake to give him those useless results.
