In searching for the search term customers would use to find my business locally, there are multiple businesses that come up from out of state with incorrect content info listed, phone numbers are disconnected, addresses are wrong, and some with websites that do not even exist. This is negatively impacting my businesses. Because 1) I do not show up in this list. 2) if I ask Brave AI, “what about Fat Stitch,” it then shows the correct web address (Fatstitch.com) but incorrect phone, address, and services.
There seems to be a bug or other issue with Leo that is pulling from incorrect data sources. My website is correctly listed on Google so there is no explanation for these errors outside of issues with Leo. Please help. This is hurting my business!!
PS. When I asked Brave AI (Leo) how to submit a help request it provided a template of what to provide to support, and to email it to [email protected].
