ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT when trying to go to Kroger.com

Good Afternoon, I am having difficulty accessing Kroger.com using Brave browser. It is the only website that I have issues with. I have done the following:

  • Verified internet connection/speed
  • Checked Firewall access for Brave
  • Verified that I am not using proxy settings or a VPN
  • Cleared Cache & Cookies for all time
  • Disabled Extentions
  • Started a private tab/window and attempted to access the website there
  • Restarted my router
  • Restarted Computer
  • Checked for updates on Windows & Brave
  • And contacted Kroger.com for assistance and they were about as knowledgeable and helpful as a wet paper bag.

The website does not load on Brave at all, but is accessable on other browsers with no difficulty. I have attempted to try again at different times of the day and it does not make a difference. It has been going on for about two weeks for me. After a seemingly endless loading time this is the error that appears:

Attempting to access on Windows PC with Windows 11 Home (OS Build 22621.3880) and Brave v1.67.134 If I forgot to add any information please let me know, hoping someone has been able to get around this as I use Kroger for my prescriptions & groceries so not being able to access is kind of a bummer. Thanks!
