Description of the issue:
When I click on the 3-bar options icon in the upper right hand corner, all entries are blackened out!
Same for URLS in Bookmark folders!
Reproduces how often:
ALWAYS.

Also, can you try updating to the most recent version of Brave?
I do not have any themes or extensions installed.
Brave would not update.
How do I uninstall Brave on Ubuntu and then reinstall it?
