Energy saver missing in the performance section

**Description of the issue: Energy saver missing in performance settings of the browser. My system has a battery, so it should show up. I do wonder if the browser checks if power-profiles-daemon is installed to detect if a battery is installed in a system. I am running Fedora 40 with KDE Plasma with auto-cpufreq and I am using Wayland.
How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Install autocpu-freq (I am aware that this disabled power-profiles-daemon)
  2. Download Brave Browser for Linux
  3. Go to settings and in system, the performance system does not have energy saver.

Expected result: Energy saver showing up in the performance section
