Email Address not accepted for VPN

Type of device (Desktop, iPhone/iPad, Android phone, etc.):
I have checked this on Desktop and Andriod phone, it feels like a website bug rather than a VPN bug but I don’t know.

Brave version:
1.80.122

Detailed description of the behavior:
I can’t start the VPN free trial because I select between annual/monthly payment and type in my email, the one used for my Brave account, and click Start Free trial and it flickers but nothing happens, any idea why? Does brave not like Microsoft accounts unless they’re free?

You should be able to use any email address for your Premium account so might be a site issue. Can you confirm that all of the necessary fields are filled out and that there are no error messages displaying?

I will reach out to the Premium site team and see if they know what’s happening.

This is the earliest step, choose either monthly or annual and enter your email address, click the ‘Start Free Trial’ button.
