Description of the issue:
Most of the files I try to download get cancelled somewhere in the progress of downloading. Not sure, but it might happen more often with large files…
Retrying doesn’t help.
Sometimes the download gets cancelled after a few %, sometimes way up to 90% or more
Using private window doesn’t help anymore.
Downloading the very same file with another browser works.
How can this issue be reproduced?
- go to website that offers a downloadable file, i.e.: https://kicad-downloads.s3.cern.ch/windows/stable/kicad-8.0.3-x86_64.exe
- click on link to start download
- file transfer will get cancelled short before completing

download of the entire file
