Description of the issue:
When clicking a PDF link using an iPad a download PDF dialog box appears instead of the PDF opening in a new tab which was my previous experience.

Additional Information:
Would welcome the option via settings to choose between a PDF opening in a new tab and the PDF downloading.
Personally would like all PDF’s opening in a new tab. Very few require downloading and I’m happy to select that option at the time.
Until this issue is resolved Brave cannot be used as my primary browser.
