Description of the issue:
On both chrome and safari, when I open a pdf file within the browser, it allows me to view the file right away. Using brave, it downloads the file and then I have to open the download. Is there a way for brave to open a view of the file within the browser? This is sort of a deal-breaker for me with the amount of files I view for work.
I do have the chrome://settings/content/pdfDocuments slider turned off as a saw someone else suggest.
Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary): 1. 2. 3.
Download brave browser (happens on Windows 10 and iOS for me)
Click a link to open a pdf file
Actual Result
New blank tab opens and download starts, but will not view in the tab
Expected result:
Be able to open a window viewing the pdf
