Download fails only for specific sites (but works with other browsers)

Description of the issue:
Download failed for specific sites failed with “Failed - Network error”. Hovering over the error shows “Network error not secure null”.

How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Go to https://material-foundation.github.io/material-theme-builder/#/custom
  2. Click on “Export” and select any of the dropdowns, e.g. Android Views (XML)
  3. A popup will appear asking you where to save the download.
  4. The download will terminate directly with “Failed - Network error”.
  5. Hovering over the error at the bottom download bar will show “Not secure null”

Downloading works with other browsers like edge.

Expected result:
File download successfully without error.

Brave Version( check About Brave):
Version 1.39.111 Chromium: 102.0.5005.61 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Looks like a Web Compatibility issue for @fanboynz

The ‘Export’ button handling, possibly needs assistance.
