Download button placement

I noticed that the download button is located at the top of the page, which can be confusing for users who are used to seeing the download button at the bottom. I suggest moving the download button to a more prominent location below the content, where users can easily find it.

You can revert to the old version by going to brave://flags and disabling flags called ‘Download bubble V2’ and ‘Download bubble’
