So, every time I click on my Brave browser now, this pops up. I don’t know what to do about it. Is it rejecting the fact that I use Gmail?

Try to deactivate all extensions you have in your browser.
I also suggest clearing your browser cache.
It seems that something, likely an extension, is trying to access Google.
