DNS_PROBE_POSSIBLE when using DNS over HTTPS

Description of the issue:

After setting up DNS over HTTPS, I get the DNS_PROBE_POSSIBLE error message on many websites. Refreshing the page multiple times gets rid of the error and loads the website.

I have enabled DoH in Firefox with the same DNS server and can browse all websites as usual, so I suspect the issue is not with the DNS server.

Brave Version( check About Brave):
Version 1.36.117 Chromium: 99.0.4844.74 (Official Build) (x86_64)

Does it occur on all of the dns servers in brave://settings/security?search=dns @maximusc

I tried OpenDNS for about a day, and it worked fine.
