Unforntuely not, the wallet may disconnect but the slot will still be taken. I would recommend copying over your entire Brave profile onto your new computer - we already have a few threads talking about copying a Brave profile, please see:

However this may not work - its a workaround and not a solution. We understand people have issues with the 4 wallet limit and we’re working on that.
