Hello I recently switched to Brave Browser for Windows and macOS but sometimes I get alerts about random news I don’t care about and it is from brave, not a website I subscribe to (I don’t subscribe to any websites). Can someone tell me how to turn this off on both platforms.
On windows you can disable notifications system wide by pressing windows+i then navigate to System -> notification and actions then uncheck all boxes bellow notifications.
@tdgadget you may have Brave Ads enabled under brave://rewards. If you have this option enabled, Brave will show you an ads as a system notification.
