Are you able to receive general desktop/push notifications?
You can test this by visiting https://www.bennish.net/web-notifications.html and forcing a push notification to appear.

Are you in a supported region (if so, which one)?
Check https://brave.com/transparency and confirm that you are in an applicable region

Give us a brief description of the ads behavior you’re seeing

What OS/Brave version are you using?
Please copy/paste the top 3 lines of your brave://version page

Hello all, i have noticed that support from this support only comes from community. How do i get to contact Brave, or their hotline?, so i know i can get an answer?
It’s regarding off course the rewards either not coming, or disappearing some what, the last 6 months.

You don’t contact a hotline. Support comes from this forum. Several Brave staff are here to help, but there are hundreds of users asking questions and only a few staff to answer them. Just be patient. In the mean time, read the other threads about similar issues to see whether any of the information there will help you. And answer the questions you were asked to answer, that you quoted in your top post.

@rosiecar is correct – we do have a Help Center for documentation, but our primary means of direct support is here on the forum. The best way to get a response about an issue is to open a thread here on Community (as you’ve done) and fill out the requested information:
