Did not receive October BAT and November brave ad

  1. I did not receive my October BAT until now. My Gemini Wallet still noting now, but last month I can receive my September BAT through Gemini.

  2. I can not receive ad notification after Nov 9, I am sure I can receive notification well but not brave reward.

  3. I can see brave ad in the new tab, but the number shows that I did not watch any ad. The truth is that I can watch ad in the new tab everyday which did not count as brave reward.

–My PC system is Windows 11.
