what has happened for the BAT Reward of the month November 2021, today date is 17th December 2021, still not received any update .

couldn’t claim the rewards from november and i’m not seeing ads since the latest Brave update on december 14th
The mobile version, I have been able to claim the rewards but not in the desktop version. I already tried disconnecting my wallet and still no Nov 2021 rewards.
You are not alone. Some people is having the same problem since october.
is there anyone whom can resolve this, or guide us to the retain the rewards
