I backed up my User Data folder before resetting my Windows this month, and I see my previous BAT balance, but I am not getting the ability to claim my Ad Rewards for July. I suspect this has to do with me resetting my Windows, but perhaps it is something else. Any help would be much appreciated, thanks.

- Copy/paste your Wallet ID (found on
brave://rewards-internals) - Your OS and Brave version (first three lines in
brave://version) - A screenshot of your Rewards panel in
Settings --> Brave Rewards.
