Hello, I did not receive BAT rewards this month. I copied my User Data file before resetting my Windows, and I see my previous BAT rewards balance, as well as ads, but I cannot claim BAT for last month. I made a post about this a few weeks ago but am getting ignored by the Brave support now for over a week, so I figured I’d try again here.

Thank you for reporting! Please DM with the following information:
- Copy/paste your Wallet ID (found on
brave://rewards-internals
) - Your OS and Brave version (first three lines in
brave://version
) - A screenshot of your Rewards panel in
Settings --> Brave Rewards
