Device Limit reached (again)

Hi everyone,
I have changed my smartphone and set up brave browser.
Yet, I’ve apparently reached a max device limit when linking my wallet to Uphold.

I’ve already had this issue before that’s been fixed here on Community.

I have submitted a support ticket (248006); however, I have not received a satisfactory response since February.

Again, I’m still getting BAT rewards on my desktop computer and secondary phone.
