Description of the issue:
Sync chain is established but not working.
Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary): 1. 2. 3.
- Establish sync chain with MacOS desktop and Android browser
- Sync data not appearing in Android

Type of devices currently running on the Sync chain in question:
The sync chain appears to be established, with no error messages. It’s visible on both devices. Deleting the chain and reestablishing it does not solve the problem. None of my desktop data (bookmarks, passwords, etc) appear in mobile. I have everything selected to sync except open tabs.
