Cosmetic filtering disable ad blocker

Description of the issue:
After upgrading to version 1.7.92 worked the adblocker on different websites no longer.
After the flag ‘Enable cosmetic filtering’ is set to disable the adblocker was functioning normally again.

How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. start brave
  2. url = www.blick.ch

Expected result:
The ad blocker should be independent of the flag ‘Enable cosmetic filtering’ always work.

Brave Version( check About Brave):
Brave 1.7.92 Chromium: 80.0.3987.163 (Official Build) (32-bit)

But the URL www.20min.ch doesn’t work either.

What exactly does the ‘Enable cosmetic filtering’ flag do?

Ads are shown on: www.golem.de, www.hardwareluxx.de, www.tvinfo.de

Since version 1.7.92 many websites show advertisements.
When will this bug be finally fixed !?
