So if I enable it, how would I use it?
Just browse with shields up, (enable aggressive mode also helps). Cosmetic filtering has been enabled in Brave for some time.

If you enable Easylist Cookie in brave://adblock.
Then open https://www.fichier-pdf.fr/. Then disable shields, then re-enable shields. See visually what happens. Cosmetic filtering at work.
