Copy does not work. SO, paste does not work

1. copy des not work so paste does not work
2. which means using Brave is a frustating and useless endeavor
3. Chrome Does Work but I don’t want to use it

It appears to copiy but when you move it to paste there is nothing there. First happened trying to move crypto from Coinbase to my wallet and also my mates wallet so different computers.

We tried from Coinbase and she tried to copy it into word and I tried to copy into outlook. No mas

I use the right-click method, she uses the keyboard method. Both failed-

· If you copy something from outside the browser and then try to paste it in, does that work?

I don’t know that and I need to think about what I would paste it too. If I click on something in outlook pointing to a site, brave will find it but not like before, it hesitates, But I have outlook front ending gmail and that interface has always been clugy.

I don’t think so, nothing has changed My mates is even less. I was trying to move her Eth from Coinbase to stake on Lido and we couldn’t copy the address from her MetaMask wallet to the Coinbase destination. Then I tried to do it through my computer which I do monthly, although to my Ledger account and that failed as well. So we set up a wallet in Chrome using their extension and it both cases it worked.

I try and copy an address or a site, nothing works. I have an old mouse and computer, but I could replicate it on her machine.

My monthly buy day for dollar cost averaging is tomorrow. I need to get this resolved in the next 5 business days or move on after years to another solution.

As a follow up, I have scanned the disks, cleaned out the cache, reduced the windows overhead. They system is performing better but I still can’t copy my address from MetaMask, paste on Coinbase To: and have anything show up-

I just checked it again and now it works. The only thing I did was clean the cache from forever. I will need to see if it works on my mates computer next.
